IMPORTANT! DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC THERE ARE DELAYS WITH ORDERS ARRIVING. EXPECT TO ADD 2 WEEKS ONTO OUR DELIVERY ESTIMATES BELOW UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

We ship from Dorset, UK. Postage is with Royal Mail unregistered mail (no tracking or insurance) as standard. Postage delivery times average between 5 days and 3 weeks in the EU (can extend to 4 weeks), and between 7 days and 4 weeks (can extend to 6 weeks) outside the EU. At times parcels outside of the EU can take up to 3 months so please be patient.

Registered / Tracked and Signed mail and courier shipping is available upon request at an extra charge. Please email us before you place your order for this at info@voidvinyl.com

Orders to China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil, Ukraine are all charged and sent as Registered / Tracked and Signed.

* Important note! If you do not request tracked and signed shipping with us and the order is returned after not being collected, we can not refund the costs of postage. We can only resend the order once new postage costs are paid.

* Important note! If you make a mistake with your address we can not help with changing it if the order is already shipped. Please be very careful with entering addresses when ordering.

* Important note! We strongly advise registered mail for the following countries - Russia, Belgium, Netherlands. Any packages ordered to these countries via normal post that do not reach you and are not returned to us will not be refunded or resent without repurchasing.

* Important note! If your order is over 2.0kg you will be contacted asking for a higher postage payment due to the Bandcamp postage rate system not able to process orders of this size correctly.
